What we do

Home » What we do

Each Market project is unique so carefully evaluated at the outset with a fee quote to match. Our projects range from an £800 set of Street Market regulations for a Town Council to specifying and designing an £8.0 million Market Hall fitout.

LMM delivers it’s professional services direct and co-ordinates subcontract specialisms through partners when necessary e.g. TUPE transfers and M&E specifications. All services come with PI etc insurances and collateral warranties to Client and Funder as standard.

We always enjoy the design and specification of Market developments but Clients often need a financial review and SWOT analysis beforehand to support the Business Case. If continuity of trade has been offered to Tenants it is crucial to programme the pre-contract legal process with the procurement procedures. OJEU may no longer be with us but equivalent procedures continue to apply.

An increasingly important issue is ensuring compliance with statutory obligations e.g. H&S Risk Assessments and a Fire Risk Assessment and preparing a Risk Register. Out thorough and well-organised H&S and O&M records based on 20+ years experience keep Insurers and the HSE happy.
